Courier Policy

Sealion Trading CC / Ka-Ching

We courier anywhere in Namibia.

Once proof of payment is received, we pack the parcel and organize the courier to your hometown.

  • Courier charges are billed directly to you by the courier company of your choice or you can pay for courier via the website when checking out.
  • If payment is received early enough, courier can be organized on the same day!

Courier Collection Cut-Off Times

  • Hardap Freight:
    • Cut-off time for collection: 14:00.
    • Thursdays: Latest cut-off for collection is 13:00.
  • Coastal Couriers & Formula Couriers:
    • Cut-off time for collection: 15:30.
  • Nampost Couriers:
    • Cut-off time for collection: 14:00.

Nampost Easy Packs

  • Nampost Easy Packs will be billed via Sealion Trading CC / Ka-Ching.
  • Please specify if you wish to use a Nampost Easy Pack (subject to availability).

Delivery Timelines

  • Parcels delivered via courier services are usually received the next day.
  • North West and North East Namibia: Parcels typically take two days from the afternoon of pick-up.
  • Nampost deliveries: Items may take two days or longer as they are first routed to Windhoek before dispatching to other regions.

  • The delivery cost depends on the location:
    • Within Windhoek : Approx. N$60.00 to the door.
    • For other areas within a 40km range: Delivery fees range from N$75.00–N$145.00 to the door.
