Online Shopping Returns/Refund Policy

Refunds for Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, Sealion Trading CC / Ka-Ching will:
    • Collect the item from you at no cost.
    • Attempt to replace the product.
    • If a replacement is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

Refunds/Exchanges for Unwanted Items

  • If you no longer want an item (accurately displayed online):
    • You can return it at your own cost within 7 days.
    • Item must be unused and not opened and in its original packaging.
    • Exchange is available (refunds follow a fee structure below).
  • Handling/Restocking Fee for Refunds:
    • Up to 2 days of purchase: No fee.
    • 2–7 days after purchase: 5% handling/restocking fee.
    • 7–30 days after purchase: 10% handling/restocking fee.

Note: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase if items are unused, unplayed, and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.


Additional Refund/Exchange Details

  • Refunds may take 2–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
  • All returns/exchanges are inspected; items not in pristine condition will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Restrictions on Returns/Exchanges

  • Must accompany original packaging.
  • Items that cannot be returned/exchanged:
    • Adult Items
    • Vapes

Damaged Products

  • Sealion Trading CC / Ka-Ching takes care to securely pack all orders:
    • If a product is damaged in transit, contact them for a replacement.
    • If the package was packed securely and marked fragile, the customer is responsible for handling courier claims for damages.
    • Sealion Trading CC / Ka-Ching cannot take responsibility if the packaging was secure and damages occurred during transit.
