Terms and Conditions for Sealion Trading CC (www.ka-ching.shop)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (www.ka-ching.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use"). Please read them carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website.

Sealion Trading CC (trading as Ka-Ching.shop) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Purpose of the Website

The primary purpose of www.ka-ching.shop is to provide customers with access to a wide range of products available for purchase. Sealion Trading CC sources products from various suppliers and displays them for ordering online. Stock availability is subject to supplier stock levels at the time of order processing.

3. Purchasing and Shipment

3.1 Shipment Contract

All purchases made through www.ka-ching.shop are subject to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

3.2 Returns Due to Address Errors

If items are returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, Sealion Trading CC will contact the customer for updated details and may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

3.3 Discounts and Errors

Discounts applied via codes or promotions are valid only at the time of purchase. Sealion Trading CC reserves the right to address errors in discount processing by either issuing store credit or another appropriate action.

4. Product Availability

Sealion Trading CC does not guarantee stock availability for every listed product. Orders are subject to stock availability from suppliers. If an item is unavailable after payment, the customer will be notified, and a refund will be processed.

Customers will receive a sales order (quote) within 24-48 hours of placing an order (excluding weekends and public holidays). If no response is received within this timeframe, please contact us to confirm your email address.

5. Prices

5.1 Displayed Prices

Prices for products are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Orders placed before a price increase will honor the lower price if paid within 48 hours of receiving the sales order.

5.2 Errors and Omissions

While efforts are made to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur. Sealion Trading CC reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing and will only be liable to refund amounts paid.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on the destination. Delivery fees within Windhoek are approximately N$60.00. Fees for other areas within a 40 km radius range between N$75.00 and N$145.00.

6.2 Courier Services

Orders are dispatched via courier upon receipt of proof of payment. Delivery times vary:

  • Major towns: Delivery within 3 days.
  • North West/North East Namibia: Delivery within 5 days.
  • Nampost services: Two or more days.

Couriers used include Coastal Couriers, Formula, and Hardap Freight and Nampost. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

7. Payment Methods

7.1 Accepted Payments

Payments can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or bank deposit. Payments must reference the order number provided. Cheque payments are not accepted.

7.2 Payment Deadlines

Full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the sales order. Failure to pay within this period may result in changes to stock availability or pricing.

8. Agreement of Sale

8.1 Placing Orders

Adding items to the shopping cart does not constitute a binding agreement of sale. An agreement is only finalized upon receipt of full payment within the specified timeframe.

8.2 Cancellation and Refusal

Sealion Trading CC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion. Refunds will be processed for payments received on canceled orders.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Sealion Trading CC is not liable for delays, errors, or omissions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including supplier stock issues or courier delays. The company’s liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be resolved under Namibian law.
